We are based in Huntington Beach and work across north and coastal Orange County, including Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Westminster, Seal Beach, Sunset Beach, Los Alamitos, Garden Grove and Irvine.
We quote flat rates rather than hourly, so the number you approve is the number you pay. Our minimum service fee is $160. Most single repairs land between $160 and $400, and multi item lists or turnovers are quoted as one scope, typically $350 to $2,400. Run the estimator above for your specific job.
That is the core of what we do. Most multi item lists finish in a single visit because one crew covers drywall, fixtures, plumbing repairs, doors, trim and mounting instead of scheduling a separate trade for each item.
Yes. Portfolio Care is our recurring program for managers, investors and STR operators: scheduled upkeep, turnover punch lists, same week on call repairs and an itemized photo report after every visit, all under one point of contact.
Estimates usually come back the same day. Standard scheduling is inside the same week, and Portfolio Care clients get priority placement when something breaks between scheduled visits.
Holes happen. Scuffs happen. We patch, smooth, prime, and paint so your walls stop telling stories you don't want guests to hear.
Texture matching is the part most people skip. We feather the patch into the surrounding wall, match orange peel or knockdown, then prime and paint so the repair disappears instead of announcing itself under raking light.
Lights, fans, faucets, hardware. Hung level, sealed clean, wired safely, and tested before we pack up.
We bring the shims, anchors, and connectors so you are not making a hardware run mid job. Boxes get checked for rating and support before anything heavy goes up, and we haul the old fixture and packaging away with us.
